Opening Up & Closing Down

I forgot to include visualising the light blue light of the throat chakra merging with the heart chakra etc. but that’s ok – I just thought I would mention it incase you wonder why! Also my dog, Luna, decided to join in with the lovely energy once I had started, so you may hear her entering the room, having a shake and then settling down for the meditation under my desk!
