Hi lovely ladies
How are you all doing?
Any progress or experiences to share?
I don’t have anything to report. All’s going well. I’m off to Cornwall this Friday for a long weekend with Dom. This is an important time of discovery in our relationship, so we will see what unfolds!

I just finished packing for a girlfriends trip to Sedona, AZ tomorrow. It’s been since 2019 that 4 of us high school girlfriends got together. We always leave feeling regenerated after being together for a long weekend. This will be my first time in Sedona.
Otherwise, I’ve been playing with the following phrase when I wake up from Pam Grout’s book “E3” – “Something amazingly awesome is going to happen to me today”. Just typing it brings a smile to my face and makes me feel happy.
