Hi Ruth
Wonderful to hear from you.
I have just this minute finished editing the final video for my “Discover your Soulful Menopause” course. What a relief! That’s been a lot of hard work and MANY MANY MANY hours! I still have all the materials to create now, and I need to write a web page describing it (oh and one more easy video of a walkthrough of the dashboard when it’s done), but it feels sooo good to get to this stage.
I’m hoping you’ll all have access to it very soon.
Everything is progressing well for me 🙂
How are the rest of you doing?

Hi Sally and Ruth and all the others (Rae, Tiffany, Frankie)
I love reading these posts. Makes our circle feel connected on the weeks we are apart.
“Hi” back at you Ruth. Sally – amazing update on your course.
Happy Full Moon to all. Today I decided to play around with the concept of Joy and what it feels like to embody Joy. Here are the simple things that embodied Joy for me this morning:
Woke up to the weight and warmth of Simon (my cat) in bed and the sun shining through the windows.
The cool, brisk touch of the air on my face and nose upon opening to the window to hear the birds and feel the weather.
Napping on my couch after only waking up a half hour earlier – felt decadent.
The aroma of my morning coffee.
Reading these posts.
These are just a mini snapshot of the things which brought a smile to my face and a warmth to my heart.
What simple things bring you Joy?
Love to all!!

I LOVE that you’re focusing on embodying joy Monique. It’s wonderful to notice the so called “small” things in life that bring big beautiful feelings with them.
Many years ago I began a gratitude practice where I did what you’re doing Monique. Now it’s second nature to me. I’m always noticing the small things in life that take me into gratitude and joy. If I’m in a situation where I want to remember a particular experience, I will take time to feel into it on every level – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I will become aware of all the senses such as the smells, the sounds, and seeing the way the light is moving around me. I allow all these things to reach a peak and then I bottle it! I imagine having an old apothecary type bottle with a cork in it and put the whole experience inside. Then I can open the bottle anytime I want to to experience it again. It’s like I have my own alchemist’s lab with shelves of these bottles labelled with different experiences I can revisit.
Plus as we all know, what you focus on you get more of! So focusing on the things that bring us joy or appreciation will just bring more of that wondrousness into our lives.
LOVE it Monique.
xxx
