      Hi everyone,

      Just popping in to see how everything’s going for you. Any wins to share (big or teeny tiny?).

      If you look under my post entitled “Empowered Action!”, you’ll see all our goals there.

      I’m making progress. My mental energy and motivation are gradually increasing which is fabulous. And I sat on the sofa putting my legs up under me the other day – blissful progress with my physical healing too! I’m planning on finishing writing the scripts for my new introductory video series this week, and perhaps start recording them too.

      What are your wins?

      Greetings from a slightly snow covered Pittsburgh.  I love when snow dampens sound and makes the scenery magical.

      As I observe “what I want to want…”, I’m noticing the unconscious wants I put out without putting them in a phrase.  Silly little example – my husband asked if I wanted a sweet treat (he was at grocery store). I texted back oreos. He came back with both plain and peanut butter oreos – my want, even though I had not voiced it, was the peanut butter ones.  And he told me he was in the cookie aisle getting oreos before I texted him back.

      What if ….. my “want to want” is observing these mini wants and how they manifest.

      I’m also looking at the “bigger want” – what am I putting out to the universe that I am receiving without being conscious of it.  I enjoy peace, quiet, calmness, balance in my life.  Looking back, anytime things threw off my  internal balance, I stepped away from them or made a change in my lifestyle.  I went on meditation retreats to check-out and tune back inward, I quit jobs, I reconnected with friends and talked, and when my body feels cruddy I change what I eat.  Time to look at these as answers to my internal big want of balance and peace.

      I have been playing with ‘what if’ and then focusing on my response. For example:  ‘what if have money in abundance?’, ‘what if I feel well today’; ‘what if I have energy?’  These questions help me to focus on how I want to feel, rather than how I don’t want to feel. The former is a much more positive approach. It can be used for very small things too – what if I have a smooth journey to work.
      Anytime I’ve been feeling negative I try to bring this question up to change my focus. It works. I’m hoping it can also be used as a way to manifest situations. I will keep you posted.

      Rae has asked me to post a comment on her behalf as she is having some technical gremlins to deal with at the moment!

      She apologises for not being present in recent circles. She has had a lot of personal stuff to deal with. However Rae is now feeling ready to join back in with the group and wanted me to say that she’s looking forward to reconnecting with you all this month.

      Her goals are:

      1. To make more time for herself

      2. To be bold and take every opportunity that comes her way

      Hi everyone, how’s everything going? I would love to hear from you.

      I’m having to type this message all over again as it didn’t send and erased it, so sorry if it pops up twice at some point!

      I’ve begun recording the videos for my new introductory online course. I’m thinking of calling it “Discovering your Soulful Menopause”. Any other ideas are welcomed! I’m happy this project is moving ahead.

      I’m also now feeling well enough to starting thinking about how I’m going to create a meaningful and joyful social life for myself. I spent nearly 7 years in relative isolation on a mountainside in the U.S. and then landed in the UK, bought a cottage quickly, and hibernated here for about 10 months. All alone. This cottage became my cave. It was my Tending the Cauldron phase. I found my Jewels of Wisdom and then peeped my head out of the cave in the Spring last year. I had a beautiful short term relationship through the summer which awakened me. A month after that ended I was in hospital having my operation. I was plunged into isolation once again as I started my healing journey. So now I’m ready to come out and play – hopefully for good this time! I have rested in the new landscape of my Sage Woman’s Destiny, and now I’m ready to start creating.

        Sally – this is exciting.  Looking forward to hearing more about your new course and your “waking up from hibernation”.  Seasonally, this is a perfect time to wake up and leave the cave to see what is unfolding in nature.

        I’m happy you shared this because I was not sure how Tending the Cauldron played out.  I feel I have isolated myself – working from home, spending more alone time at home.  I’m not ready to exit my cave, but will take small excursions now and then to mingle with others.  It is good to see this time as tending a cauldron rather than a negative spin on it as being solitary and not liking being around others.

        I am dabbling in QiGong, learning about it from Mimi Kuo Deemer and Lee Holden through videos and books.  Interestingly enough, this aligns with my witchling cards of Meditation – this is a moving meditation practice; and Inspiration – a new inspiring way for me to practice with the flow of energy.  I prefer Mimi’s presentation of Qi Gong as her spirit aligns with my way of being.  My intention this week is to practice her Five Elements forms daily to be able to do them without the aid of her book or videos.  My “big want” is to feel more intune to the flow of my energy.

          Yes, when we go into our cave during Tending the Cauldron we can certainly not only go deep within ourselves, but we can retreat into our homes and own energy too. I’m glad sharing my experiences of this has helped you Monique. I’m glad to hear you exploring Qi Gong as well. Yoga is a moving meditation for me.

          Sorry to hear you’ve been feeling stuck this week Ruth. I hope your “what if….” questions are helping in some way. And YAY and double YAY (YAY YAY!!) for posting here. That’s a great Action Step you’ve taken this week, so perhaps you’re not as stuck as you think you are!

      Hello, it’s good to hear how others are moving forward and interesting how.
      I have been very stuck this week as well a not being so well.  My cards are Determination and Motivation; I have felt neither. Maybe they are reminding me what is missing – although I don’t need reminding 😂.  Apologies for any negativity.
      On a positive note, i have posted and shared. That is a big thing for me. And helpful in reflecting on my week. Xx
