We\u2019ll focus on grounding and bringing calm to your nervous system so your body can feel more balanced – moving you into a place of healing – letting your body and mind know you’re safe and strong.<\/p>

Natural Nutrition Consultation<\/strong> –\u00a0defining what areas of your health you want to focus on.<\/p>

You’ll begin your Gratitude & Manifestation practice<\/strong> – shifting your energy to a lighter place. It will move your mind into a new positive way of thinking and seeing the world. It will open you up to magic moments in your daily life, helping you to celebrate your wins and boost your confidence.<\/p>

Week Three<\/u><\/p>

RTT Hypnotherapy Session<\/strong> (1.5 – 3 hours)<\/b><\/p>

Your first RTT Hypnotherapy session on The Sacred Gateway to address any issues that have arisen so far. You\u2019ll also receive a personalised hypnotherapy recording for you to listen to every day, so you can start reprogramming your life.<\/p>

Discussion and coaching on what’s challenging you. What wants to be processed and released?<\/p>

Advancing Your Journalling Practice – <\/strong>further\u00a0journalling techniques to help you delve deeper into what’s being stirred up in your cauldron! This process helps you to start journeying to the core<\/b> of your old beliefs and patterns that have been holding you back.<\/p>

Week Five<\/u><\/p>

Natural Nutrition Consultation\u00a0<\/strong>– taking further steps to enhance your health.<\/p>

Continued Journalling Practice <\/strong>– Deeper journalling and questioning to discover your depths.<\/p>

Discovering your Jewels of Wisdom Part 1<\/i><\/p>

In this session you will start creating a timeline of your life experiences to date.<\/p>

Discovering your Jewels of Wisdom Part 2<\/i><\/p>

Here you will uncover your life lessons, finding common threads and patterns that all boil down to reveal your Jewels of Wisdom.<\/p>

Week Eight<\/u><\/p>

RTT Hypnotherapy Session (1.5 – 3 hours) <\/strong>– Your second RTT Hypnotherapy session on what has arisen so far. Here we are clearing away all the old layers of unhelpful beliefs that are keeping you stuck in old ways of being.<\/p>

Who are your new role models and why?<\/i><\/p>

Personal Declaration <\/strong>– Create your declaration, outlining who you need to BE and how you need to show up in order to step into your Sage Woman.<\/p>

Natural Nutrition Consultation <\/strong>– furthering your healing journey.<\/p>

Week Eleven<\/u><\/p>

Finalise your Sage Woman identity and declaration.<\/i><\/p>

You’ll create unapologetic clarity on your NEW YOU and create your first steps to being<\/b>\u00a0your Sage Woman this week!<\/p>

Week Twelve<\/u><\/p>

RTT Hypnotherapy Session (1.5 – 3 hours) <\/strong>– Your third RTT Hypnotherapy session for living as your Sage Woman. This will address anything that’s standing in the way of you being her! It will reprogramme your subconscious to your new empowered identity.<\/p>

This session will take place 3 weeks after your last session.<\/p>

After you\u2019ve spent time at The Sacred Gateway, an entrance to a cave appears. You enter the cave where a bubbling cauldron awaits. You tip all your rocks and stones into the cauldron and begin stirring. This stage of The Soulful Menopause Journey is symbolic of going within to process everything that\u2019s been weighing you down. This is a time of deep transformation.<\/p>

As the liquid in the cauldron boils down, your rocks and stones crack open, releasing all the experiences and beliefs they\u2019ve been holding onto. So you stand there, tending your cauldron, watching the vapour carry away what no longer serves you.
