Repetitive Cycle Mapping & Zapping

The retreat location was perfectly situated next to a beach on the south coast. We had glorious weather and a garden with a hot tub that we celebrated in at the end of the 3 days! There were only 3 women on the retreat as this was a very intense process, focused upon clearing deep-held issues.
Some of the areas covered included: ancestral imprints, past life issues, fears, learnt behavioural patterns, self sabotage and old belief patterns.
It gave everyone the chance to fully understand and work with their repetitive cycles before having to tackle it on their own in their everyday lives. A lot was shared, friendships were made and a tremendous amount of healing was achieved.

Healing Your Past Lives

I also ran a retreat with my colleague Jules Williams in Wales earlier in the year.
We had the most wonderful accommodation with surrounding landscape that was both magical and privately owned. We had our own field, woods and stream - all part of a healing site dating back to the 13th century. This gave us the perfect space for this intensive retreat which focused upon healing current life issues through past lives.
Everyone experienced many breakthroughs which challenged their thoughts, feelings and beliefs. It was a very healing, supportive and rewarding retreat.
